In accordance with the scheme's regulations, RAES guiding parameters are set each year by the Board of Directors on the basis of a ten-year actuarial study.
Pursuant to the decision of April 11, 2019 of the Board of Directors, the value of the points to be used to calculate the allowances paid during the period from 1 April 2019 to 31 March 2020 is set at:
- € 9.39 for the Public Performance Right Section
- € 1.91 for the Mechanical Reproduction Right Section
