The General Meeting of Sacem (Society of Authors, Composers and Publishers of Music) will be held on Tuesday, June 18, 2019 at 2.30 pm at the head office in Neuilly-sur-Seine. You are invited to vote to elect your representatives to the bodies of Sacem, and to vote on resolutions, decisions and proposals for statutory and regulatory changes.

If you are an adherent member:
You can submit your nomination for membership of the Regulatory and Technical Committees.
If you are a professional member:
You can submit your nomination for membership of the Regulatory and Technical Committees.
If you have served two successive terms in a statutory committee, you can submit your nomination for membership of the Board of Directors or the Supervisory Board.
If you have been a professional member for at least one year, you can submit your nomination for membership of the Programmes Committee.
If you are a full member:
You can submit your nomination for membership of the Regulatory and Technical Committees.
If you have been a full member for at least one year, you can submit your nomination for membership of the Board of Directors, the Supervisory Board or the Programmes Committee.

VOTE FROM MAY 28
Voting will be conducted exclusively electronically from Tuesday, May 28, 2019 (9:00 am) to Tuesday, June 18, 2019 (at the end of the General Meeting debates).
3 votes will be proposed to you:
- 1st vote: Election of the members of the Board of Directors, the Supervisory Board and the Programmes Committee
- 2nd vote: Approval of decisions and resolutions.
- 3rd vote: Approving amendments to Statutes and Sacem's General Regulations.
ATTEND THE GENERAL MEETING ON JUNE 18
The General Meeting will be held at 2.30 pm at the headquarters of Sacem in Neuilly-sur-Seine. You can attend the debates and vote on the spot.
The Meeting will announce the results of the elections and the vote on the resolutions, decisions and the statutory and regulatory amendments.
