In the interest of environmental protection and to continue the simplification and modernisation of Sacem's operating processes, your distribution documents will no longer be sent to you in paper format as of January 1, 2023.
They will be downloadable, as they are today, on the "Consult my royalties distribution documentation" page in your member account.
If you wish to continue receiving your distribution documents in paper format, you can make such a request now in your member account. A management fee of 5 euros per distribution and per account will be applied.
Heirs and personal representatives of estates who do not have a dedicated online account will continue to receive their documents in paper format free of charge within ten days of the distribution. Online accounts for heirs and personal representatives of estates will be set up in 2023.
Otherwise, the Sacem Board of Directors has decided that as of January 2023, the Sacem contribution of 8 euros for creators and 12 euros for publishers will be eliminated*.
The elimination of this contribution also applies to heirs and personal representatives of estates.
