You are a singer-songwriter, DJ, comedian or conductor and you perform in shows, concerts...
Since December 2018, you have been able to make your declarations online from your member account. The electronic declaration facilitates processing by Sacem and provides you with better monitoring of the rights allocated to you.
Your declarations must now only be made online, whether for one or more date (a tour for example): no more setlists or certificates must be submitted to Sacem on paper.
How to register setlists and events?
From your member account:
1. Create your setlist by searching online for the works you'll be performing whether these are your works or covers (it is mandatory to declare the completeness of the setlist).
2. Link one or more events to your setlist (specifying the place and the name of the organizer).
You can register up to six months before and six months after the date of the event.
A better monitoring of your distribution data:
The status below are displayed to your events to provide a better monitoring of their current stage of processing.

| Next distribution | Collection and distribution operations carried out, rights will be paid on the next distribution |
| Distributed | Event distributed (with the distribution number indicated) |
| Not distributed | Event in a venue placed in judicial liquidation or free authorization issued to the organizer and not generating copyright |
| Cancelled | Event canceled or declaration suppressed by the regional delegation of Sacem due to double declaration (by the beneficiaries, the organizer, etc.), a single date is kept, processed and distributed |
| Date abroad | Event that took place in a foreign country. the event is processed and distributed but online restitution is not possible |
| Reporting not available | Event processed by Sacem that does not allow detailed display of processing statuses. Once the date is processed, the status changes to "Distributed" |
For each setlist, you can consult the amount of rights that accumulates distribution after distribution and for each of them, the list of dates taken into account (functionality under development for publishers).
